Comprises barium ferrite crystals embedded in a synthetic rubber. The most important magnetic characteristics lie between the well known magnetic materials OX-100 and OX- 300, (nearer OX-300). The exact data can be extracted from the technical specifications next page. The material will not embrittle and weaken at low temperatures, or shed particles under mechanical stress.

We can shape and punch magnets to customer requirements. We manufacture our own tooling, which is very competitively priced. If supplied already magnetized, the field strength of the magnet, as a rule, will be measured to ensure it conforms to specification. Very close tolerances are possible. Manufacturing tolerances:

inside diameter + 0,5 mm
outside diameter – 0,5 mm.

The material may also be attached using adhesives. Please ask advice on adhesive to be used.
