The new ACE vibration sensors were especially designed for process monitoring in the field of handling and automation technology. Malfunctions are detected early and repair and downtimes can thus be avoided. The sensors are form fit connected to the device (linear slide, rotary actuator, or gripper) and detect vibrations and forces that permanently come up during the work process. If those forces increase by more than the pre-adjusted nominal values, the sensor gives a signal and the production process can be interrupted with the condi-tion monitoring system. The new ACE sensors are available in PNP, NPN and analogue versions.
