Piab VGS™3040

The VGS™3040 platform is a complement to the well established VGS™3010 and is avai-lable with the same MINI COAX® cartridges. However, there are features in the VGS™3040 such as that it can be configured to have integrated unique PIAB functions i.e. AQR2 (At-mospheric Quick Release), blow-off check valve and Energy Saving (or a combination of them). VGS™3040 has a user friendly “profile” mounting interface which will fit nicely to standard aluminium extrusions or other flat main frames/structures. In addition, there are mounting options which serve as gateways to flexible tooling systems like PIAB Modular Au-tomation Tooling (PMAT). The lock-pin and ball-joint style mount is familiar from VGS™3010.
